The Website Maintenance Plan covers up to 10 pages for Start-Up Basic, up to 20 pages for Business Gold, and up to 30 pages for Business Premium, up to 30 pages for E-commerce websites. Start-Up Basic comes with 2 hours maintenance, Business Gold comes with 4 hours of maintenance, and Business Premium comes with 6 hours of maintenance. E-Commerce comes with 6 hours of maintenance per month. All plans includes 30 minutes of Blog SEO each month, and 30 minutes on-page SEO. Our Design Process
The initial step, the client sends us a brief summary of their project, what the project aims to accomplish, the expected period of delivery , the size of the project and any special functionalities, this step can be completed by email or through a phone call.
After having assessed the summary of the content and having a brief idea of what the project entails, we issue an obligation free quotation, we would normally discuss our reasoning behind the quote to help the client understand the value that we deliver.
The client will (when still interested), sign the invoice as approval to validate the project to go ahead.
An industry standard deposit of 50% will be committed by the client, the remaining balance can be paid at any point during the construction of the website or during the delivery of the website when it is completed.
We will communicate with the client to enquire of all the project content, objectives and feedback during the construction of the website.
We will go through a rigorous testing of the website on completion to ensure that it works according to the expectations of the client and functions as intended.
We will give the client an opportunity to evaluate that the project has met their expectations, make any reasonable suggestions within the scope of the agreement. We will make any revisions that may be required before delivery.
When the client is happy and have approved the project, any balance due will be paid off by the client and the website will be published to the public.
